Parma is asking for 10 millions
After the season he has had, they would be stupid not to value him at 20m and see where it goes from there. Probably end up paying like 7-9 while giving them some young player for them to have.

He's definitely had a great season. Scored more than anyone in our roster and set-up a decent amount of goals. 10m for their half is pushing it, but you know that they inflate his true evaluation just to gain more profits. I'm sure Marotta will negotiate and bring it down.

They will start at 10 and then see where they can go from there. Anyway, Parma seem to value a good relationship with us so they'll try to be reasonable.

Oh, I think that it is absolutely justified in paying 10 million to get him back.

If I remember correctly, Parma bought his half for 3.5 million.

In essence, you have to say to yourself if the remaining 6.5 million in net loss was worth Giovinco getting 2 years of experience.

Something like that you can't put a price tag on.

I feel that it would be worth it.

Or we could just sell our half of the midget and buy someone better.
Ok, I see what you are saying, but let me ask you this.

Let's say for instance that Juve does sell off their remaining half to Parma, and let's say that it is for an amount somewhere close to the 10 million.

What kind of 25 year old player do you think that Juve would be able to get that has put up the kind of numbers that Giovinco has put up this past season?

10 million got Juventus Elia last year. Now who would you rather have, Giovinco or Elia?

He had a better season than Lavezzi. Don't let the hate blind you. All my non-juve supporting friends think we would be idiots if we let that talent go and that we have already damaged his career enough.

Essentially we'd be receiving €10m instead of paying €10m (or €6.5m, to be detailed). So we'd still have to put €10m of our own money in to get an equivalent €20m player.

So you think he is better than Lavezzi?
