Let's say they were, why wasn't he interested in joining a big team then? Or do you think they weren't able to spend €3.5M for his half?
Who knows dude. How do we know this wasn't a deal put in place by both clubs for "his development"? You know, the fabled Italian youth policies?

And the only way Parma would take on the task of his development was by getting something out of it, hence the co-ownership we have no?

A lot of question marks surround his so called talent. His and his agent's comments make me seriously doubt that there's an agreement in place with Parma for his return, which would be great if there wasn't.

I would like to point out that I am not against Pepe, but he can be upgraded for sure. Whether it's gio or someone else doesn't make a difference to me. As far as the comments, I am sure they want the club to KNOW what he will be used for and give him some kind of idea. Nothing wrong with that.

So you can't call him and excellent player.
I am not calling him an excellent player. It is of my opinion that he is better than Pepe.

He can and will be upgraded, but certainly not with Giovinco.

What he demanded were guarantees of playing time, as if he was Batistuta in his prime.

Giovinco's right toe has more talent than whole Pepe.

Yes, and he has every right to ask about how he will be used. Who can blame him for wanting to play in as many games as possible. I am sure he has no problem proving his worth but once he does (like he has in the past) then he deserves a consistent chance (that he wasn't given in the past).

It shouldn't be that difficult of a concept to grasp if you are a player & agent seeking some kind of guarantee.

LoL he isn't telling anyone that he "deserves" to be the sure starter no matter what. Find me a quote that says that or jut hush and stop twisting their words.

Then you may as well say that for every youth player with promise that gets loaned/co-owned with respect to their parent clubs vs their host clubs.

Be consistent, at least.
