In english, yes...it means retarded. A townie term for an Idiot...I have never heard it used in any other english rooted language...like american or australian.

Lichsteiner looks to me simply like a nazi, as does ziegler...the more the better I say. i wouldnt call Lichsteiner a mong. a cocky, argumentative, sometimes vicious nazi right back who loves to run. but not a mong.

marotta the slow brain one hasn't had eyes to see giovinco...we needed him so much as a left wing, but we choose to spend money on vucinics or bastos rather than giving him a shot in this season

Eh? It's used pretty commonly in Australia, "Mong" is a shorterned term for the word "Mongoloid" which is slang for someone who is retarded/down syndrome etc. And yes I know a Mongoloid is also a racial classification so don't bother pointing it out :)
