Maybe because they know that Juve isn't a sell club? And because Juve didn't allow him to show his top qualities regularly and in the great stages? Valencia and Villarreal showed some interest in him this year, but you know, clubs like Real and Barcelona won't get a player after a great season in Parma.

Usually players that have good seasons in italian clubs like Parma jump to Juve, Inter or Milan, not giants from another countries. As Juve can't overpay for him and he has quality, he isn't joining us.
