Milan midfielder Rino Gattuso admits he is worried about Italy's future because apart from Mario Balotelli and Antonio Cassano, there is little quality.

The World Cup winner was speaking to La Repubblica just a day before the Azzurri's opening Euro 2012 qualifier against Estonia.

“Prandelli's code of ethics is right. No group in any sector can go anywhere without rules. The first thing to do is gain the respect of the other.

“The national team doesn't lack a leader. Pirlo can drag people on the pitch and he is very good in the dressing room. And if a leader is someone who assumes responsibility, De Rossi is a born leader.

“Cassano and Balotelli aren't overvalued, but the essential thing is that they both put themselves at the service of the team and not the opposite.

“The problem is that you can count talented players on your fingers in Italy: Balotelli, perhaps Giovinco and Cassano is no longer 20.

He is a future superstar of Serie A. Just like Pato, Sanchez, Pastore and Balotelli if he comes back which I'm sure he will.

"Io adesso penso al Parma. Di sicuro non sono stato trattato come mi sarei aspettato, però non ci penso più, penso a far bene qui e poi in futuro non si sa, vediamo..."

Juventus Never Treated Me Like I Expected Them To - Parma's Sebastian Giovinco

Sebastian Giovinco has expressed a sour opinion on the way he was pushed out by Juventus.

Sebastian Giovinco has admitted he never expected Juventus to give him the flick and transfer him, but now he is hoping to reap the rewards at Parma.

"I want to become great here at Parma. We started well and now we must continue," he told Sky Sport Italia.

Giovinco, who offered so much promise two years ago, endured a tough campaign last term as he was overlooked by both Ciro Ferrara and Alberto Zaccheroni.

Luigi Del Neri also took a dim view and approved his transfer to the Ducali - an outcome that Giovinco felt was very cold.

"It's different here compared to Juventus. Last year was perhaps the worst period for Juve. For now I am thinking of Parma," he said.

"For sure I was not treated in the ways I expected from Juventus. The future? I don't know. We will see."
