Seba used to play in Legends before he switched to the CTRs. The Legends are still one of Nike's top shoes and if he wanted to, I think he probably could wear the Legends. It's possible that his contract stipulates that he should wear the CTR Maestri, but I highly doubt it as he's not exactly their biggest player.

If he switches to the Legends he probably would get the same money. Their absolute star players sign deals per boot. Ronaldo for instance has to wear Vapors. Giovinco probably signed a different sort of deal and committed to Nike. As the Legends are one of Nike's top boots and are just expensive as the Maestris, I doubt they'd care much if he switched.
