This kid needs to get an extended run in the team, he didn't perform at CF in the 4-3-1-2 but he looks great out on the left of the 4-2-3-1 and he could likely play second striker if necessary. I hope Zaccheroni finds a winning formation that can fit Seba in.

Its probably all down to the fact that he has Del Piero and Diego in front of him, i dont think he is physically strong enough to play Diego's role and his shooting certainly isnt good enough (yet) for him to play Del piero's. I wish him all the best, he is still one of my favourtie players and i believe he will one day be great either at this club or another.

You aren't allowed to suggest that Giovinco not playing has anything to do with Giovinco.

It's all about the three (yes, three) different Serie A coaches who haven't considered him worth a regular starting spot and their lack of understanding of football.

Yes well on a tactical level playing Giovinco is a no brainer. I'm suggesting there may be something that we as on-lookers can't properly judge for ourselves playing a role in the coaches judgements (e.g a problem with his attitude). Or as its been suggested.. they've all been blind idiots.

I am always inclined to give coaches the benefit of the doubt over team selection, precisely because we don't know what is going on behind the scenes.

Well, our two last coaches have been so awful that there is no reason to trust their judgment about Giovinco at all.

Giovinco is, after Diego the first offensive player I would put in a starting eleven.
