With both legs, you mean.

You're becoming annoying little cry baby. No need to drag Trez name in every discussion.
I'm annoying? I just don't think Trezeguet does too much for this team anymore. The game has changed and the strikers are expected to be more involved in the game.

I agree Trez is just not good enough anymore and I've said this constantly over the last few months. But you don't make a good argument here. Giovinco is not playing because of Diego, not Trez. So really, blaming Trez here is meaningless.

I agree.

However, it does make sense if you happen to be absolutely determined that a team should play with only one striker, which Suns seems to be.

Perhaps, but that would mean Giovinco taking Amauri's or IQ's place in the starting 11. Whether he deserves to do so at the moment is debatable. But even more importantly, He and Diego cannot play together as they virtually have the exact same role in the team It might work, who knows? But it such a partnership does not seem compatible at all in my opinion.

Giovinco certainly has talent but besides the Lazio game I have never seen him guarding his opponent
anyway Gio need to work out his shooting as it is not good enough if his shooting was better he could have been DP`s successor (maybe)
anyway I doubt Diego and Gio could play together as it would change our formation and I actually think our formation is pretty good
the formations I have in mind are
4-2-3-1 with Gio on the left Diego in the middle and Camo on the right with Amauri as a lone striker a formation that might work but I really don`t want to see us play with a lone striker
or 4-2-2-2 with Sissoko when he comes back or currently Marchisio and Melo behing Diego and Giovinco who are behind DP/Iaquinta-Amauri
Gio has to improve his level of play or somehow perform great as a forward in order to make Ferrara think about changing formation or putting him next to Amauri

He should have wait more time to say those comments. I mean..... he should have known before hand that Diego was going to be played first than him and that he needed to use all the chances he had.

Its sad in a way that we had a player like him and we bought Diego, but we cannot blame the club. In the end we do not put individual carreers above the club interests and the diego deal had to be done.

Also he is not playing for a lower team, he is playing ina very competitive Juventus now, and i say that this comments were a little rushed towards ciro and the club because it was evry clear that he was going to have his chance... now he will get it and the first thing he says about it is this trash.

Im not blaming him for wanting more playing time, but hey, use your head, save your commetns for later and focus in the next couple of games which will be very important for you.

In summary, maybe he is right, but was a shitty time to say it.

Yes , Ranieri has A LOT of blame in this matter also.

If Ranieri used Gio how he was suppused to be used..... Diego should have been the one fighting for the starting spot, not Gio.

If coach has the right to play him only when Diego is injured or only when emergency cases, than he is the right to talk and speak his mind... The boy deserves a lot. Some fans just forgot about them, i don't like those new fans, who just forget our heroes, like Trezeguet, Alex, Gio and so on. If it wasn't for their sacrifices we would have had this team which he having now.

But god, he knew things were going to be this way when you have an onform diego in front of you.

Now he has the chance he wanted, why not to keep his mouth quiet a little and work some more?.

I would accept this further in the season, but hey, We need to admit that Diego was outstanding, and to bench him for gio would have beena crime in his form.
