He really was great and tore up the chelsea players a few times. We need to make the most of him and trust him more like they do with young players at Arsenal. We have such solid CM's and Giovinco is not a great LM. HE is best when he can go where he wants and pull teams apart.

We should play:

Del Piero----------Trez
---------Giovinco-------

Marchisio--Tiago--Sissoko

Amauri or Iaquinta can be swapped for either DP or Trez.. Camo can play in place of Tiago on the right of a 3 man mid.

We should play a few games like this just to see if it works.
Yeah, that would work, give gio abit of a free role behind the 2 pairs, and have Marchisio, Sissoko/Tiago, Camoranese play behind him.

But I feel Gio's best position could be

---------Amauri/Trez----------

DP/Giov---------------Camo (or if we buy Silva)

I think the tree formation suits him well.

Hopefully he gets a chance to play more often, he had a great game vs chelsea, and hopefully keeps it up against the other opposition in the league.

yeah either owuld be fine but I just think Trequratista is his best place with 2 big strikers infront of him because it leaves him space to run into when the strikers are going up against the defenders. Also it is good if he can roam and cause problems all over rather than justo n the left. But if we have Camo/Silva fit it would make sense to play them too. Camo has been played in that trident role for Lippi in the national team a few times. It is just he is never fit. That is why having Silva along wiht Camo and Gio would be great.

Manchester United and Chelsea are both keen on Sebastian Giovinco.

The 22-year-old is rated as one of the brightest young talents in Italian football, but he has yet to become an automatic first choice for Juventus.

Indeed, the playmaker has only started six Serie A games for Claudio Ranieri’s side this season, sparking rumours of a summer transfer.

Gazzetta dello Sport claim Giovinco will be sold at the end of the season, with Chelsea and United both keen to add him to their squads.

He was outstanding tonight, perfect close control, vision, and speed. He is such a remarkable player and it's painful to see that it had to take a Nedved injury for Ranieri to finally start him.

Too bad Ranieri starting him too late, I thought at one point that Giovinco was being saved for the later stages of CL, as our surprise weapon.

I think we would have stood a chance in the 1st leg of Chelsea had we played with him and Marchisio from the start.

There were some matches where I'd prefer Pavel instead of him but people should not deny that he should have played a lot more.

Also, people should not forget that he's 22yo and there's no need to give him a chance slowly anymore because that's just an old talk. He's even older than Messi(and just look at him).
