I was reading in goal.com that Giovinco is whinging again not getting enough time to play. Somehow he starts to reming me another "profesional whinger" - Diarra, whils he was at Arsenal. Thought he was an excelent prospect and even further become a solid player, he was kicked of from the great team, just for reason he could not understand that he needs patience, and hard work in training to prove his worth and blend in squad.
Same for Gio, if he wants to play for best team in world he needs to be patient, as Ranieri orders him.

Gio is the future of Juve and he knows it. He knows that it is hard to get a place in the starting line up when the likes of Del Piero, Amauri, Trezeguet and Nedved are in the team! He is patient and his patience will be rewarded soon.........i think very soon cause Neddy has 36, DP has 34 and they havent got much time left!!
One problem with our board and the coaches we've been hiring is that they all like to play our youngsters out of position or they dont want to play them at all. They did this to Nocerino, hence he had to start learning to play like a winger, they did the same thing to Palladino, he had to be like Nedved, but now after all the series of phone calls with Del Piero, Palladino's starting to play like him-dancing about the field and not really moving play forward. Now they're doing the same thing to De Cegli playing him as a surrogate left winger when we all know that if De Ceg plays 3 full time matches as a left full back for Juve, he'll be far better than Molinaro can ever dream of getting this season, then after a season and Molinaro becomes manageble, we loan out De Ceg. Young Gio can actually be a better player and also be the best in the world if they start getting him to think and play like Sneijner instead of sending him to be a left winger (replacement for Neddy my foot), see how the young man tore open that Bate defence...awesome. We know he can do more in a free role than in a fixed position. Until we start becoming a little like Man Utd, we wont stay king of Italian football for long. Young Gio deserves to play and now is the best time!
Yeah, sound like Lippi itself is talking.. I'm sure you are great manager at FM, but this is real life and Juve is full of champions they know how to win. If Nedved gives better impact to team because of his experience and leadership qualities, them Ranieri is right to use him instead of just pure speed and technique. If Gio would have been that good as all you claim, can you immagine any manager damaging his side and not letting him play. You can't complain, we are doing good at the moment and old guns firing really well. I'm not saying Giovinco is bad, he is a great tallent, but even talents have to be nurtured. IMHO he needs to stay and learn from best in world Nedved and DP. Maybe his team mates still don't know him that well to trust him, so he needs to earn respect. Leave it to Ranieri, he knows better what he is doing for sure.
OK, i have not been following Palladino recently but what he has achieved since he left Juve? De Ceglie - i believe same goes for his as for Giovinco.

Sebastian Giovinco confesses he is frustrated at warming the Juventus bench, but stresses his commitment to the Bianconeri cause.
The Azzurrini ace has been widely tipped to take over Alessandro Del Piero's throne with the Old Lady.
However, this term Giovinco has played a limited role due to the fierce competition for places in Turin and there has been speculation that he could leave on loan.
“It is only normal to get angry when I don't play,” Giovinco admitted in Tuttosport.
“It would be worse if I didn't mind because that would show that I wasn't attached to this shirt.
“Of course I will try and channel the anger into a more positive attitude.
“The Coach has told me that I am Pavel Nedved's replacement, but I don't really care what position I play in as long as I am on the pitch and can hit the net.
“I have to admit that I miss scoring goals because I scored six for Empoli on loan last season.
“I feel like a goal could seriously help me turn the corner, but I will keep giving my all and I have no intention of leaving because I truly care about Juve.”
