I don't think bulking up is a great idea for a player like gio...Ronaldo (brazilian) was one of the best players that i've even seen in he's days with barca and everyone back then said that he's great but he needs to build more muscles to be more physically strong and what happened after that is that he lost one of he's biggest advantages (pace and flexibility)....
Are you for real? Ronaldo was the ideal physical specimen for footballers, virtually perfect in strenght, balance and speed. NO ONE said he should build more muscles (on the contrary, what happend was he lost those muscles and just added fat due to being a retard who give a fuck).
Giovinco is frigging 163m and weights 60kgs. He is is not the perfect footballer physically, but on the contrary is stretching in the realms of heis able to cope physically with the requirements of the sport. He doesnt need to bulk up much, just a little to withstand physical challengers.
So far I have seen him ocasionally being bullied and battered (they fucked him up little a bit in the Chile game), and it will get worse when he shows how good he is and will get even more intense attention (like all top players get through after their honey moon season). Bulk up to withstand it and not crumble or get injured under that kind of targetting.

Giovinco: We Can Win The Champions League
Juventus starlet Sebastian Giovinco cannot wait until next season and he believes the Bianconeri can win the Champions League. The pint sized playmaker enjoyed a brilliant season this term in Serie A and he won the Toulon football tournament with the Azzurrini earlier this week.
His impressive performances were rewarded with him being given the player of the tournament accolade.
Giovinco is now looking forward to Olympic glory in Beijing as well as rising to the pinnacle of European football with his club side.
“Amauri says that we will fight to win the Champions League and Scudetto? Yes, it will be like this,†said Giovinco.
“Juventus are a prestigious club and it’s in their DNA to fight to win the league and European cup.â€
The skilful player also believes that the Old Lady is making all the right moves in the transfer market.
“Until now, Juve has been most impressive with transfers but we are only at the end of May and there is still plenty of time but the market will be very intense,†said Giovinco.

The Azzurrini superstar made a name for himself at the Stadio Castellani last term with his impressive performances for an Empoli side that were banished to Serie B.
And now Giovinco has been brought back to base, he has silverware on his mind.
“I have returned to Juve to try and win on all fronts,†he explained on Sorrento’s Golden Goal.
“Victory is in the Old Lady’s DNA and we will fight to succeed in every competition.
“I am hoping to stay at Juve and I will try and do my best, just like I did with Empoli last season, and then I will also give a little bit more.â€
