Easy there, sport.
haha im just clowning around dawg, hes young as hell and a very bright future prospect, but hes not the king of the world, i just felt like posting a random comment about him. He is very good though and i cannot wait to see him at Juve. However Del Piero is God, and thats not a joke.

Giovinco is slowly reminding me of Baggio, with his bursts of speed, killer through balls and lobs, he knows how to score and sets up so many goals. Future of italian football, cant wait to see this guy in Juve and Italian NT at 2010 world cup! :D

I expected him to be good enough after all the talk about him on this forum but never as good as people were making him out to be but after after watching him playing for the azzuri u-21s i have found that it was not undeserved hype Giovinco really is amazing! deserves all the hype and praise surrounding him and I think he could be my favourite new player after Del Piero retires :D

Juve Tried To Sell Giovinco To Lazio – Agent
The agent of Juventus-owned sensation Sebastian Giovinco has revealed that the club tried to sell his client to Lazio a year ago, only for Biancocelesti President Claudio Lotito to brand the player as “too small”.

Giovinco is widely regarded as one of the best young players in world football at the moment, and it seems he will return to Juventus for next season following a fine year on-loan at Empoli where he scored six goals from 20 Serie A starts.

The diminutive trequartista has been the subject of much transfer speculation over the past few months, as rumours continued to circulate that he may move to Palermo as part of the deal that will see Amauri end up in Turin.

The chances of Giovinco moving to Sicily are now impossible, but in an incredible revelation, the 21-year-old’s agent Andrea D'Amico has stated that Juventus offered to sell the youngster to Lazio last year, only to be rejected by Claudio Lotito.

"Giovinco was offered one year ago to President Lotito, but he replied that the player was too small and so therefore nothing happened,” D’Amico explained.

Giovinco is currently on duty for the Italy Under 21’s, and he has been setting alight the Toulon Tournament in France. The skilful playmaker scored twice in Italy’s 2-0 first group game win over the Ivory Coast, while he provided two brilliant assists in yesterday evening’s 2-0 win over the United States.
