I'm not someone who wants us to keep the youngsters by any cost. I was satisfied how Juve was doing in the past and i never complained against our youngsters disapearing in Arezzo, Livorno or Siena.
I won't complain if we lose Paolucci or Volpato , even Marchisio.

But this Giovinco kid is special. He has what not more than 0.1 percents of players have. Yes i didn't watch him for more than 23 minutes. All i've seen from him are the 15 minuts against Bologna and 8 minuts against Pescara on the video i posted earlier. But even 23 minutes are enough to see that Giovinco has unbelievable vision. He knows in every single moment where his players are on the field. Its something that is very rare even in NBA where the playing court is much smaller than a football field. If he was in NBA he would have definitely been Jason Kid or Stive Nash.
And not only he knows where players from his team are but he needs less than a second to realize what would be the best thing to do and where to pass the ball. And whats even more important, his through balls and his passes are always spot on, he never misses a pass.
He has a football brain, that is a rare thing nowdays. Only a retard could let him go.

Well that assist he made, I have yet to see the likes of Marchionni for example do something like that this season. Even someone like Nedved would have trouble replicating that inch-perfect pass. I don't think Giovinco is just another talent.

Thanks for pointing that out :D.
It's not all about Giovinco though. We have fucked up many gems in the past.

@ Espectro: player cannot become a good or excellent player just by training, he needs to play too and our team can't give him that. Now if he stays with our primavera he will not have a chance to develop any further cuz he is above Primavera level. That's why I said it's good move to loan him maybe even I think the better option is to stay withs and give him some playing time. Everey f**in club in the world is giving a chance to his youths especially if they are really good, why we can't I mean we never could. Last time our youngester had a chance was CL game against Arsenal when failed in group stage, and they won against their first team. I know our primavera rules in all competitons but it's useless as long as we don't give any chance to them. And another things is we cannot exactly say how they are really good by reading match reports and watching highlists but again there must be at least one player worth first team.

I don't know about you guys but sometimes really hurts me when I look at our first team and I see we have no players from our youth academy. And many of my friends are asking me how we don't have any youths and that is bad. I don't actually have answer on that cuz I look at Barca and other teams and they have at least one good player from their youth academy. (ofcourse this kind of arguing was before we ended up in B).

The main reason I like DD is because he is giving a chance to our youths which means we also building team for the future. And maybe the likes of Nocerino and Criscito will also help.

Maybe a poll is in order;

For next season Giovinco should be:

1. Loaned out to a mid-table club to get first team experience
2. Slowly, but surely, given a chance at Juventus' first team
3. Head back to Primavera where he came from

Jeeks, do your thing, at least DP can't win this one. :D
