He won't get to start over Vucinic though, I think he might have a problem with that.
Yeh, and unlike the past, we have 3 or 4 mobile forwards...so thats why i said he must try to adapt to be midwinger if he return to juventus. The forward department is really crowded, and until DP retires... or he simply showns blistering form... i see it difficult for him to breakthru. There will always be injuries of course,,, but he should not depend on it to perform. And is sad because it seems that his prefered role is supprt striker after all.

Lets see how he will perform in Italy, as it was stated by prandelli that he will get his first ever start for italy.

I'll tell you this, Conte wants him back.
Yeh, i think is pretty obvious that conte is a fan of him. He will end the season witha bang most likely, so im pretty sure that conte will do his best to bring him back. What worries me is how conte will use him in our team... or how gio will find space.

It would be just super stupid if we bring him back, just to sit him on the bench because we are crowded in all positions.

It is obvious, as when Juve played Parma... Giovinco claimed Conte said good things about him, in other words I would come up with the assumption of him trying to convince him to come back to Juventus. Right now, he's doing fantastic, but last year he did just as that, being one of the reasons how Amauri scored 7 of 11 apps goals.

I highly doubt Conte would bench him, as he was the first option Conte asked for in the LW position back in the summer. The way reports suggest Conte strongly wants him, and he knows that Giovinco would not come back for the bench, it's either playing enough time, or nothing for a return to Juve. Giovinco fits perfectly in his system as he can play both as a support striker, winger and a wide forward(4-3-3) if ever used. That being said, Marchisio was a doubt because of Vidal, and now Marchisio is the one starting now... so who knows. I believe he would play... the way Vidal is being used now if you know what I mean. Then again, we can always send Giach back to Cesena... as we own him for 50%.

Giaccherini can leave for all I care.

The truth is that our only real weak spot in Conte's new system has been the wings, as they don't even get much involved in the most part of our offensive setup. They don't play bad, but they don't shine either. The option would pass for changing the type of player used there, if you know what I mean. What I call a fake trequartista would be ideal in my mind and Giovinco fits the role.

Giovinco showed promise since 2006/2007, we should have played him regularly..but thats in the past. We can still get him back while we can. I'm sure Conte realises how good he is and how he could easily make it into our starting 11

The Italian Mentality is old fashioned, In Italy, coaches don't like using youth, let aside small players. With Ranieri, Giovinco proved his worth many times, but obviously didn't convince Ran. However, even under Ferrari, for example when we got our biggest wins in that season with Ferrara, where we son 5-1 vs Sampdoria and 5-2 vs Atalanta, both Giovinco was on the pitch of those games. Being it as it is, Giovinco proved himself, but never got his regonition. That's why it was hard for Giovinco to find space, now Italian football has changed with a new menality and philosphy. I just hope another talent like him does not get wasted, for example Pasquato... who has proven time and time again like Giovinco, but then he gets loaned out for another time.

I don't understand why it took this long for everyone to realise Giovinco was as SS. It was blatantly clear from the beginning that we was always going to be strongest playing SS. That is why the Juve faithful use to think he could easily replace DP.

Right now, Giovinco wouldn't fit anywhere into our team but the bench. If we make UCL next season, he would be useful as he'd get plenty of playing time due to the number of games we'd have.
