Giovinco: 'Juve gave me no chance’
Wednesday 25 August, 2010
Parma’s new signing Sebastian Giovinco has accepted part of the blame for his exit from Juventus, but also says he never really got a chance in Turin.
The 23-year-old playmaker actively sought a move away from the Bianconeri in a bid to play regular first team football.
Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Giovinco said: “I don’t believe I arrived at Juve too early. I should have been able to play more.
“There were other problems, different decisions. If I almost never played, I too am a little to blame. I could have done more.
“But I was never put in a position to do well.”
When asked if Juventus will regret his departure, Giovinco said: “I think so. I hope so.
“In Italy we lack a little courage, which is important in football. And you see the result at national team level.”

I bolded these parts because he said the other words in all his interviews.
