Parma? Why not, their new coach uses a 4-3-3. Giovinco on the left and Lanzafame on the right certainly makes them interesting to watch next season.

You would have thought that if he was such a talent one of the three coaches we have had in the last 3 years would have noticed by now and given him a chance. For every decent game he has there are at least 4-5 bad ones where defenders easily crowd him out. Say what you want about Ranieri, Ferrara and Zaccheroni, but the odds of all of them being wrong about him has my head spinning. To tell you the truth I am getting very sick of his attitude as if it's always the club's fault and never his own that he doesn't play. "It's because I'm Italian", "It's because I'm young". Lousy excuses, look at Marchisio.

Talking like he does is not Juve mentality.

I kinda agree with you in the mentality part, but at the same time I think our coaches didn't "give" him enough chance to play due to Diego's arrival and then Candreva's

Basically ferrera liked Diego and Zac was infavor of Candreva.
Gio did play some decent matches under Ranieri tho...

Parma chairman, Tommaso Ghirardi, asked if he was interested in Giovinco in interview with Sky, replied: "Giovinco is a great player who has not shown all his skill yet because he needs to play more. Parma have launched many young players and Giovinco could meet our requirements."

the fact is tha gio can't produce much as an amc. that's why the previous season he didn't play. but as a left winger he can do very well and we have seen it. so if this year we are going to play with wingers it will be a very bad move to let him go...

What's sad? We need other clubs to launch Giovinco's career at the age of 23.

In that traditional 4-4-2 formation the wingers have to track back and Gio doesn't have the stamina to attack and defend all at once (i think even he said that once).

Anyways he's leaving for sure, strange that people still think he'll have a future here. Good luck for him wherever he goes.....

Why the hell should we play 4-4-2 anyway? We have the players for a 4-2-3-1 and that would certainly make it much cheaper for us on the transfer market this summer. And, we wouldn't have to make the stupid move of selling Diego for old man Del Neri's favourite formation 4-4-2. Del Neri is probably going to be sacked in a season or two anyway.

Actually am all for the 4-2-3-1 formation and i've been saying this for the past year now. We've already raped del neri's team last season playing that formation and it worked perfectly. Gio, Diego and whoever will replace Camoranesi would all work really well IMO in that formation (even our DM's).

Problem is del neri doesn't want that and he wants to use his own system. Gio can't function in that formation (4-4-2) so there is no place for him in the team. Crying over this situation won't resolve it.

One way or another he's leaving the club....
