I said it two weeks ago. I suppose I have to say it again.
Giovinco does not match Ranieri's tactical setup, it's that simple. He can't play instead of Nedved or Camo, or even Sali for that matter. Camo can manage his defensive duties well and so can Nedved but Giovinco is a purely attacking player.
He has a better chance to play as a support striker than play at the wings. I think that's how Ranieri will use him if anything, he will pur him behind Amauri or IQ.
We'll wait and see what Ranieri decides to do, but don't expect to see too many Giovinco games this season unless that 'Tinkerman" begins to tinker already.
