Lazio battle PSG for Coates
Lazio are reportedly about to snatch Uruguayan international talent Sebastian Coates from Paris Saint-Germain’s grasp.

The 20-year-old centre-back impressed when his nation won the Copa America last week and is set to leave Nacional Montevideo.

The favourites to snatch him were PSG, who are investing heavily this summer, but Lazio have emerged as dark horses.

"In Italy a great team, a historic side, and a very important club have asked me about Coates," agent Matias Pittini told Goal.com.

"In the last week I have received around 20 calls from European clubs from England, Spain, Italy and even the Ukraine.

"It's not a question of money, but we are looking for a serious project. There is a chance in Italy, but it is difficult. What historic team in Italy? You must think about it, but I cannot reveal the name.”

Juventus, Inter and Milan were also linked with Coates.

Linking us "still" because Benfica ruled out a move. Seems weak.

Looking at his face always reminds of someone just now I realized that it's Matri. :D
Anyway I don't see him in Juve for warming the bench, assuming Lugano will happen.

Maybe we'll get him for free and get Alex or Ivanovic as well :D One of Barzagli and Bonucci could go then. Sorensen to be loaned out.
Yeah, I read there's no hurry in signing Lugano should his team get relegated. In that case we should try to sign this kid or Rhodolfo. They both look promising and would be a great investment for the future.

Inter didn't spend much so far, so the closer it will be to august 31, the more random players will be linked with them.
