To avoid that, create an account on bwin.com and set the time there to GMT, and whenever you create events here, put the time in GMT, problem solved.

I have a little request from you and other bookies (just to make it all easy for everyone), whenever you create a bookie thread, it is much better to put the date on the title like (4 february - european matches) instead of "today" or "saturday".
