This is what i read on Tuttosport:

Juventus are ready to listen to offers for goalkeeper Gigi Buffon.

Tuttosport says Juve have already secured an option on Udinese keeper Samir Handanovic, who would arrive in Turin as their new No1 should the right offer for Buffon arrive.

Juve rejected a £50 million bid from Manchester City earlier this season, but directors Alessio Secco and Jean-Claude Blanc are now prepared to sell.

If a bid of £25-30 million arrives, Juve will cash in on Buffon over the summer.

So what do you think guys?I really love Buffon very much, but this young lads handanovic Actually great and his enjoying the great season too. Well IF this news is really True...

no way

and even if we sell Buffon, there is only one replacement:

Sebastian Frey
This. I would be pissed if we lost Buffon and didn't get Frey. Wouldn't really want anyone else.

I don't get the logic though, we turn down 50m. Only to back into the corner with our tail between our legs and now accept offers of half the original one? WTF?! Is it just me or does this seem backwards.

Most ridiculous rumour I ever heard. Handanovic is good though. Really good actually. But it doesn't matter, a good team is built from the back and there can never be a better first stone than Gianluigi Buffon. As for now listening to bids of 30 mil while having turned down 50, that is simply untrue. Laughable shit by Tuttocrap as usual.

We would have to pay nearly as much as the money got from Buffon's sale, so it would be ridiculous to replace Buffon with him.
to be a top class team you also need a top class goalie, and Frey fits the bill...and we will not have to pay nearly as much as the selling price for Buffon, are you kidding me

I don't think any club, apart from Man City maybe, would pay for Buffon more than 30-35 M euro. Imagine how much would Fiorentina ask for Frey, seeing we're determined to sign him - 20-25 M for sure. And for the remaining 5-10 M we could get a Zuniga, who is hardly a world class defender (yet, at least). Keeping Buffon is then more reasonable in my opinion, as is buying Handanović for peanuts with Marquez or Carvalho besides a Zuniga for remaining money.
