He was played around 100 matches for Real Madrid and was a 100% starter in their Champions League matches. Besides that he has a guaranteed spot in Der Mannschaft. If you can sign a player from his caliber you should take the chance, the same was for Pirlo and Dani Alves.

You take him out and we lose control. I remember last season, that horrific beginning. Once he got in, things calmed down. Players benefit greatly from the calmness and confidence he oozes.
