That run and header was truly WC to score. Tatrusanu maybe could have done better but the sheer power caught him out. So glad we got such a difference maker in our team.
I disagree regarding talent. Passion and spirit are intangibles that you can't really measure. He's definitely not as strong, but he is a very intelligent footballer.

If fit, he is world class. His role is very understated. He is like Tim Duncan, in the sense that he has mastered the fundamentals, and hardly sets a foot wrong. He doesn't have the style, glamour aspect, or panache that other players possess, but he is a safe and solid option.
Not really, I expect a world class midfielder to do much more. I'm not saying Khedira is bad, but he is not at the level of our other starter mids... pjanic, marchisio, asamoah etc
