I too made it back from Salice Terme safe and sound, and with a few autographs. Though mine came from the Voghera - Juve game I went to, where I got Fabio Capello and Fabio Cannavaros.
My pictures and videos need to be uploaded still, but they are amazing. Not to take anything away from you or your pictures, but I got some amazing shots of the Stadio Delle Alpi in Torino, then went to the City Hall, where I got a great video of all the players exiting the bus, literally a yard away from them all. Then went to Salice Terme, took a zillion shots, got good shots of some players driving into the grounds, since I was there on the first day, the 11th. Then from my Voghera - Juve night.
It was all an amazing trip, not to mention the rest of the month spent all around Florence, with trips to Rome, Siena, San Gimignano, and Bologna.
As amazing as Italy is though, its still good to be back here in the US, in California.
One thing I will miss though is good ole Channel 6, which for me was Sport Italia. SI is the single greatest channel on the planet.
All the calcio will be missed, but I can follow it here hopefully just as well.
