Fucking stupid. Now even more innocent Iraqis and the families of dead American soldiers will suffer after this nonsense. Why not just let him waste away in prison where he deserves to be? No, we have to go barbaric on his ass. Imbeciles all over the spectrum.

What do they care? To these people, true Islam doesn't matter anyway. From extremists to supposed governments of major Islamic countries, Islam is either just a ploy for gain or inconsequential to them. It doesn't really matter.

Yes Andy it matters. Its not about Islam per se. But pulling off a stunt like that, is like throwing gas into the already flaming fire. The people of Iraq are Muslim, Sunni or Shiite. This in no way will stabilize the conditions over there, it will cause more violence. More so because it was executed on Eid.

Edit: Great! Just in, an explosion in Kuffah resulting in 30 death...:disagree:

well, the european union, god bless them, should mind their own fuckin business. just because they dont have capital punishment , doesnt mean that other countries should not have it.

i say, he deserved it. the real question though, is what this will bring
Beh, I agree with you there, but that's hardly the first point. I think countries should be able to punish according to what they want, but in Saddam's trial human rights got violated. I don't see what good can come of his execution anyway, whether he deserved it or not.

And coming from someone who lives in Northern America it's pretty fucked up to say the European Union should mind their own business. Most of us didn't want to invade Iraq in the first place.

Kind of ridiculous how Bush is pulling back now as well, like he has nothing to do with it. Well guess what Bushy, three years ago you were all like "we got him", as if you just won a war. No need to say you've got nothing to do with it now.

I wonder how he will get America out this Iraq mess though. Surely he can't allow many more Americans to die in the desert. The death toll in Iraq might not be compareable to 9/11, because it is a war after all, but I don't think too many Americans can agree with the sacrifices Bush was apparently willing to make.

Easy. American troops will stay in Iraq, until the republican's loose to the democrats in the next presidency race. The democrats will pull out...and leave the country in chaos. End of problem.
