First goal is irregular, second goal a wonderful assist by Vlahović and a disastrous Bonucci. We lost every 50-50 ball, it's laughable how simple it is for them to hoof it to Giroud, he knocks it down for Leao and he just creates spaces and advantages all over the pitch.

Positive cameos from Kean and Soule. McK and Paredes, Locatelli, Bonucci, Vlahović and Milik a complete disaster.

If the injured players are literally the only source of creativity in the team and literally nobody else can create shit - yeah we fucking do.

Again, this doesn't absolve Allegri of his share of the blame, but I talked about this after the Maccabi game. Some went on about how Di Maria saved us. Well no shit. If we didn't have him there those wide open spaces and passes would've been left unused and we would've had a narrative that Allegri doesn't know any patterns and doesn't let them crate anything.

Idk what pattern Allegri can draw or create that will allow Cuadrado, Locatelli or Vlahović pass to their wide open fucking man tonight.

As he is incompetent at coaching and drilling patterns in possession, why not just accept you are incompetent, play long balls directly into Milik and then get players around him? Could it be any worse than what is being played? After 18 months in charge, there is no starting formation, no clear first 11 and no patterns of play.
No other big team would expect that from a coach for this length of time.
