Rules re: insulting loaned/co-owned players (17 Viewers)

Should the forum rules protect loaned/co-owned players from insults?

  • Yes, they belong to Juve whether they currently play for us or not

  • No, if they're not part of our squad, they're not considered Juventus players.

Rules re: insulting giofuckingtardvinco

Funny how everyone who voted for the first option are midget fanboys, almost all of them.

But without putting much effort in this stupid discussion let just realise that we are winning the vote by a clear majority so merge this thread with the midget's thread and open it.

Fucking midget. We can't catch a break from him. The fanboys are always bringing him up as if he's anything other than a bald Miccoli.

Was Gio standing on a step ladder at the time?
Come on man. The story is well known. Seba and Gigi had lockers next to each other and Gigi insisted they share a sitting bench in front of said lockers. After trainings and matches Gigi would have a smoke. It is well known that during this period Gigi would lean over after taking a deep puff on his cigarette and proceed to blow the smoke right into Seba's face. Seba would hack and cough and say "Ah Gigi, why you do it to me". To which Gigi would reply with a laugh of muchismo after seemingly concentrating in thought on the issue "Seba, such is life". And then he would blow more smoke into Giovinco's face.

You don't even know what PC means.

I could care less if you hate Giovinco, Delpie, Agnelli, God, the Hostra baseball team.

All I see is a bunch of people acting like assholes for no apparent reason. The utter ridiculousness of the argument is what gets me. And that's hardly PC.
Yeah, but I say let them. I don't particularly care about Giovinco. Scores nice goals every now and then, just isn't particularly respectful towards Juve. I can see where he's coming from, he thought he'd be our star by now and he isn't. All in all, don't care enough about him to insult him. If others do.. Why stand in their way? It's not very classy, but it's a prerogative they have a fan. Whether we allow it or not, it's going to happen.

I don't get this. Giovinco is wearing the Parma jersey which basically means that he doesn't fall under the rules of players you can't insult. The same way that people can't be pissed off when he hopes Inter beat Milan so his team Parma can make it to the Europa League. He's a Parma player, we can't pick and chose when it fits us.

Making sure the spamming stops is the main issue here.

Now that we are leading 32 - 17, is there a chance that the moderator team would take another decision against what the majority wanted?

    Here's our decision:

    • Loaned/co-owned players are not given the same kind of protection as those who are actually in the squad.
    • BUT spamming, trolling and derailing threads won't be tolerated. Warnings will be given, followed by infractions. This is up to the mods' discretion.
    • There are no exemptions for players loaned to us like Borriello and Giaccherini. As long as they wear the shirt, they're Juventus players.
