Really? I think if Salas got the amount of game time that Zala did (during the period he was fit) he would have gotten 'it' back to the extent that he's at least better than Zalayeta.

Yeah, but he's getting a chance at RIver, and all he's doing is getting injured all the time. His body is screwed up beyond the point of no return. There is nothing that can be done for him anymore.

I agree with this because Salas... is a very good striker.

BUT right now in river he is still injured... and he have not played more than 20 minutes with the river jersey because in the first game of the argentinian league he got injured.... he came back in the 7 game and got injured again after just 2 minutes of being in the field.

I dont know.. but i think that his career is over.... at least in the big scene.

Vey very sad..... and the money that we paid for him is flying in the sky!!.

But i would prefer a salas on form than a zalayeta on form of course. He was good

its no big deal or any thing but i wish it could be more accurate on the average minutes per game part..

for example Zalayeta dont play 1 minute in every match but only played 14 minute in ONE match so his average minutes per match shoukld be jut 14..

just my thought.. have to tell..

Actually, by definition of the word average, there's no other way it could've been done. If Zala's average was 14, that would mean that he's played 196 (14x14) minutes this season...

But if you think about it, if Salas was fine and was playing regularly for Juve, they probably wouldn't have signed Di Vaio ...

having said that, an on form Salas was devastating on his day.

He did score a goal vs Dynamo Kiev (and so did Zalayeta)... but we were already thru... That win just put Newcaste thru instead of Kiev

anyway, im just wondering how Juve are gonna sell Salas ... maybe he'll just retire.

I also think that we need a better replacement for Chimenti. Carini was great but he was too good to be left on the bench every single game... Its also important not to waste a Non-EU spot on a reserve keeper - which is one of the main reasons Juve had to let go of Carini.

I don't know how good this Mirante kid is..

if it is an average minits per game played by zalayeta, why should games not played by him also involve...

this stats could be useful if u really want to know the patern how lippi use players...how many minutes will Lippi use him in one match... that kinda stuff..

this is of coz no big matter..

ahhh.. but he only played ONe match..

so the maths would be:

1 (match played ) x 14 (minutes everage per game played) = 14( total minutes played )

see.. the maths works just fine thewre..

Im saying hes in the bottom of the list. Im not analysing why.
Whichever way you look at it, we've done fine without him. And that cant be a bad thing.
