It seems he has been told to work more on the defence during this euro campaign... If U had seen him i.e. the friendlies/q-games U wouldn't question his play-making abilities, nor his shooting and his passing skills!!!

well going by that I guess even we have to sell many of our players!

My point was: If he is injured so much in Germany...how would he handle 100% tougher leauge??
For Portugal maybe(after all,he is not a Portugese) but in CL...he did wonders. And also to be mentioned: Portugal started to play real football from the moment he entered the game. Even RuiCosta sits on the bench in his favour
Do you mean tougher or rougher? Because i think it's 'rougher' in Germany but 'tougher' in Italy.
And, I personally feel that Rosicky has been playing great, especially considering he's had to play as an almost DM for most of the tourny for the Czech's. His playmaking and passing have been very good IMO. No, he hasn't made the final critical pass to Baros for the score but he has been vital for the early build up for most of these scoring opportunities. Plus his work rate and stamina have been phenomenal. And, I have been very surprised by his solid tackling ability.
As for Deco, there is no doubt of his skills. However, he is a turnover machine as he always attacks at players and looks for a foul. If he doesn't get it, the opposing team goes on the counter attack. And, he's definantly not as complete as Rosicky despite him being 3 years older.

I've always been a fan of Rosicky but his injuries have worried me.
Then i started thinking about Juve's luck with injuries.
The injury list last season before the Depor game was worse than normal. We just got unlucky.
Del Piero, Montero, Trezeguet, Tudor and maybe Thuram are the only players who get frequently injured - Montero and Tudor will be replaced this season and Trezeguet will probably head out as well. One more striker will be signed in that case who will most likely be young and injury-free.
That leaves us with Del Piero and Thuram whos injuries we just have to put up with. Theres no getting around that. Its almost inevitable that Del Piero will be injured seriously at least once during the season and will end up missing a month.
But we have Miccoli as replacement and hardly any quality is lost.
If Jankulovski is signed, we won't miss Del Piero's freekicks either (Nedved can take some pretty good ones as well).
That leaves us with Thuram ... but we have Zebina as replacement. He may not be the greatest but he had a good season with Roma last time around and I think Capello can get the best out of him.
Moral of the story - We can afford to sign one more player who is injury prone. He has been subjected to some pretty nasty challenges during the course of euro 2004 but is still going strong (touchwood)

As long as Rosicky has a bit of luck on his side and manages to be fit when it really matters, it will be fine.

Rosicky and janks would be just be great. once that is done, all we need is emerson to join and of course maybe one class defender and just one more younger one such as bonera.
if we can swap di vaio for cannavaro, i'd be happy and of course if bonera joined that would be good.
bring in one of gilardino/zlatan/cavenaghi for di vaio's replacement and we suddenly have an awesome team.
