Ronaldo: Madrid was hell,

and Capello a devil

Capello rethinks Becks snub

Brazilian striker Ronaldo, whose protracted transfer to Milan is nearing its conclusion, has slammed his club Real Madrid, and in particular coach Fabio Capello.

The Italian dropped Ronaldo to the bench after taking charge at the Bernabeu last summer, in favour of Ruud van Nistelrooy, and the striker has revealed his dislike for his former manager.

“He was a devil, and Madrid was hell,” Ronaldo told Italian daily La Stampa, after passing a medical with Milan.

“I am feeling good. I am extremely happy to return here, and I hope to be a Milan player soon,” he added.

The 30-year-old is expected to officially be unveiled by the Rossoneri on Monday, who will pay Real Madrid a transfer fee of 8 million euros.

Ronaldo has now returned to Madrid to begin the process of moving, though is unlikely to bid farewell to his team-mates at Real Madrid, as Capello has announced that the players will have a two-day break after their trip to Villarreal on Saturday.

Ronaldo said the same thing after leaving Inter to Real Madrid. :howler:

Fat Traitor.

Anyways, I'm expecting him to leave Arsenal in 2008 in favour of ManUtd. :smoke:

At the end, I don't care. :dontcare:

I think it's great he is going to Milan. I miss watching him play football.
It is so sad what has become of him. We all know what he is able to do if he wants. He was an extraordinary attacker in his best days in the late 90s.
Huh? I'm writing of him as if he was 35. Please shine again, Ronnie!

I am glad he joined Milan only because he betrayed Moratti and Inter fans.

Who the hell is Moratti to say that Ronaldo´s transfer to Milan is not a nice thing?

It is a player´s wish to go to the club he wants, not Moratti´s.

:disagree: Why do you want him to shine again? He is now a Milanist.
If he's the only one to shine where is the big deal? I enjoyed watching him in his Barcelona days and today I feel some empathy for him. He did not deserve how he was treated. So I hope he can show that he's better than the small horse...

Of course, it is up to the player's wish. But Ronaldo used to say that Moratti was considered like being a father for him and all that blah, blah, blah.
Anyways, anything that annoys Moratti makes me happy.

How can you know that he is the only one who will shine in Milan? I don't mind the whole team to shine in condition that the whole Juventinos will shine as well. ;)

Ronaldo has been well treated in every team he's played for. He was the lone star at Barcelona, Inter were very patient with him and they waited him two complete seasons when he was injured and he took dozens of chances at Real Madrid till the arrival of Capello.

He is a bit sensitive IMO. But he was world-class, and he still can be if he feels good at Milan.
