I don't get the replacing Barza bit? He hasn't played yet this year, and we still have by far the best defense in the league. I doubt we're thinking we really need to replace him with a starter, more so a younger prospect with good potential. We'll likely have Bonucci, Ogbonna, Chiellini, Rugani. That's by far the best set of CBs in Serie A, and probably top 10 in Europe. Add in Cacares who can also play CB if needed.

Why do we need to replace Licht? He won't be that old. 31 if I recall properly...

Pirlo. Well, he's more so holding us back at this point. Marchisio is better in that position now anyways, assuming we shift to a 4-3-1-2 or eventually a 4-3-3, replacing Pirlo isn't necessary at all, it's more about getting a decent AM, or some wingers. We'll have Vidal, Marchisio, Pereyra, Sturaro, Pogba and perhaps Romulo or some young player brought back from loan

also, replacing Gigi wont be necessary until 2017 or even 2018 or 2019 IMO. he renewed his contract until 2017 and said (if i remember correctly) that he would like to stay even longer. from this we can see that he feels great and that he could go on for atleast 2-3 more years. ofcourse, there is a possibility of him declining drastically or get some though injury but at this point i dont think we need to replace Gigi in 2016 and 2017 summers...

Klins mad :D How the hell is me admiring Marottas excellent work here a "popular opinion" he's the most hated man on here :howler:
I was speaking in general.

so this is the best you come up with and also you dont respond to anything from my post?
Your post doesn't make sense as a response to my argument. No one is blaming Marotta for thinking about the future by bringing young talent to the club. It's the present that needs improvement, and nothing is being done about that apart from strengthening the bench (which btw is full of mediocre players).

I don't get it. If I lived on a beautiful island in the Mediterranean I'd be happy all the time. What gives?:D
I am happy. I just feel like poisoning most of the members here nowadays.

speaking about not making sense ^^^ your argument? :howler: you didnt even have an argument. you said Mkhitaryan and Jovetic are rejects and flops in their own club, i asked what was Tevez at the time we signed him by your logic? if you are not happy with "rejects and flops" from other clubs then i ask you what do you want? key players from top european clubs? uprising stars from midtable clubs that would cost us 35M+? and tells me im not making sense. Berardi and Rugani are among the best players in the league at their positions and among the bigger prospects in Europe at the age of 20 > quality. i know you didnt blame Marotta for signing young players, but you are blaming him for not adding quality (already, even if there are 4 months until summer mercato) and thats why i mentioned them. and our bench is not full of mediocre players btw. (not WC either because we are not Real Madird to afford 22 WC players). Caceres, Bonucci/Barzagli, Evra, Pereyra, Romulo, Marchisio/Pirlo, Llorente is not mediocre. we are adding Sturaro now, Zaza in the summer and possibly Vrsaljko so it will become even better...
