There’s something really satisfying about watching Bentancur grow and improve with every game.

It’s one thing to buy an established superstar like Ronaldo or Higuain and watch them perform right away. It’s something completely different to buy a random kid from Boca Juniors who you never heard of before and watch them grow into (hopefully) a great midfielder. It’s different, and for me personally it’s more satisfying.

Absolutely. Sure bentancur was our best player yesterday. But the truth is that the people around him were shiet anyway. The only way for Bentancur to truly express his true potential is to have two quality midfielder beside him. (one box-to-box and one destroyer) too bad he was the box-to-box yesterday.

Pjanic, like khedira, is stunting our youths growth. The longer pjanic stays at Juve, the longer bentancur will stay as a good but never great player.

Totally agree. I actually don’t understand why Bonucci isn’t tried in midfield as a box to box. Obviously for political reasons.

I went through first 6 pages and @GordoDeCentral analysis was correct. Most of the guys here were either bashing Beppe for buying him or very sceptic about Rodrigo’s potential.

I missed last game and from reading here and match thread it was a waste of 90 mins except Bentancur had a good game.

At this point sell the only midfielder without weaknesses is Rodrigo the other 5 we have all have flaws (Injuries, technique, fitness, brain, lazyness).
