i am unsure if you have seen the league table from NOW or last season...but no manager in the world, no amount of money, will take us back to the top...in less than i suspect 3 seasons. A world class coach, with some astute signings could get us back into the top 3/4 next season, at best...but anything less than that, will mean a very slow climb iupwards on the table. Inter and Milan have stronger squads than us...Napoli and Lazio have stronger TEAMS than us....all those four teams will strengthen this summer. no doubt. which leaves us where???? a team steady 7th...averaging 23000 per game. Soon moving into an ultra modern, extremely well worked business wise stadium. Which definitely WILL help us, in the long run, economically...but the most obvious fact remains. nobody will flock to see a spiritless, heartless team, who shows little cohesion, little heart, little pride...those last three things need to change, before we can even ponder a return to the top.

No one is saying we should target those guys (with the exception of Hazard), particularly not this offseason as we have absolutely nothing to offer them, but cmon, fucking Montolivo? Surely we can do better. If anything, if we are willing to waste 15 Million on this turd, we can add 2-3m more and get a player of higher quality.
