He doesn't want out at all, but the current managment as Mark said doesn't want anybody related to the old managment even if he had nothing to do with anything.
Anyway, we can do nothing but wishing him a very good luck, and wishing his son a very prosperous career to keep his father's head always high.
we don't know this yet, if this was the reason
