I'd take JoJo over him. People are blinded by his performances for Dortmund recently, seeming to forget that a fully fit and motivated JoJo is definitely the superior player. Lewa is the better goalscorer, but JoJo is better at everything else.

So despite Lewandowski performances being consistently fantastic, domestically and in the big stage now in CL, he is still defenitely inferior to Jovetic? You admit atleast the goalscoring part, you have to, but better at everything else bit is bit rich, considering Lewan isnt just an oaf who waits around in the box, he is very good with the ball on his own and can make space and chances for himself, aswell link up and build up for others, gets around 8-10 assists per season usually.

Os Boss, I like Lewa, but I honestly do think JoJo is better than everything else bar scoring. Lewa is obviously has more of a physical presence and can hold onto the ball (most certainly not an oaf), but a fully fit and motivated JoJo is capable of magic

Jovetic has amazing vision and passing abilities. He's a playmaker that score goals. Llorente or Higuain will need a player like Jojo to reach 15+ goals next season. And once Jovetic starts scoring goals and improve his game he will perhaps even become the goalscorer himself.. I can't see Jovetic score 15 goals next season, but I can definitely see him get 10 and provide the same amount of assists. But then again - it's all about tactics and perhaps Conte wants to play him in the striker role Fiorentina plays him.

It really depends how you want to use Jovetic's range of skills. As a finisher or creator. IMO he's a creator rather then goal scorer..

Jovetic is an intelligent player, but really isnt close to as creative as you put it, wouldnt even describe him as a playmaker at all. More like a well rounded support forward.

And the way he plays with the goal behind him, he just turns around and shoots that ball so good and I get wet when I see it.
