This kid looks promising. The thing is though. Whoever that "big name" signing is, one of Matri or Quags will leave.
Vucinic, Giovinco, (Matri or Quags), Big Name striker
Thats 4 forwards given Del Piero and Borriello's departure. Say the big name forward costs 30-35m and Matri or Quags gets us 10-12m, we would have spent a net total of 35m + on the forwards already not to mention the increased wages.
Boakye is easily a good case to be our 5th striker and we will need a 5th one given the amount of games we will be playing. He has already been payed for so why not use him.....chances are he will get a good number of games to prove himself, starting with pre-season with Conte.
