Indeed, rolling onto the many seasons weve taken to fix our lb. How many seasons has it been?
How much better is he than grosso, than we all know what grosso is capable of. I dont think was a del neri capture but something marotta did himself, so cant really blame conte for this. However conte should try and make do as relying in grosso is suicide but with ziegler it will just be less painful.

Why did he get him here in the first place? What does he think? They'll magically just become awesome players and perform although nothing has ever pointed towards it in their careers? Instead of having Ziegler here and thinking we're fine in the LB department we could have spent the summer maybe getting one. Instead, we kept thinking we have plenty of LB's and its no priority.
He got him because he was free and he has some sort of relationship with him. He assumed that whoever will be the coach, they would like him and he is an improvement to our current left backs. However your hitting the nail with the head is that, he thought that left back position was never a big issue. No organisation, no sit down with a pen and planning, just go out there and bring in some freebies. Everyone likes freebies! (sarcasm implied!) Well im glad to an extent that Conte has made it clear his not fond of ziegler, this will atleast show marotta's incompetence to the agnelli. On the other hand, marotta wont ever admit his mistakes and most of all learn from them. Same old shit.
Ziegler is still better than De Ceglie and Grosso and it makes me really mad that we improved our LB just to send it back into obscurity 2 month later, without even playing 1 (that's ONE) real game. I can understand that Ziegler is not WC and he could fail. But he should be tested in Serie A games till at least january. Than, if he indeed is shit, sell or loan him. NOT NOW!
Well, it is only natural because he was brought and it was made clear that the left back position is complete only to sell him after the deadline leaving us to use Grosso who was supposed to be sold. If you don't find any reason as to why people get annoyed then you must be happy with the situation.
if we sell him now then Marotta should go even before him. i really don't know if Ziegler will be great for us or not, cause we didn't play him till now.. but at least give me the option to choose when the season start off. but if u leave me with only DC and the old fart Grosso as second choice then go fuck your self Marotta. our defense is the last thing to fuck with cause it's already fucked.
