Juventus returned to training this afternoon in Vinovo, deprived of the 15 players called up by their respective countries for this week’s international fixtures.
Antonio Conte was able to count on a selection of Primavera youngsters to bolster the numbers, working with a 16-strong group on the training ground.
After conducting an eight-a-side possession exercise, Giorgio Chiellini left the field of play as a precautionary measure, while the remainder of the Bianconeri underwent a series of athletic drills.
A practice match contested on a reduced pitch brought an end to the day’s work.
Conte’s men will sustain two workouts tomorrow, with the first of these scheduled to get underway at 10.30am.
