Drenthe is rubbish.

Both Sneijder and VdV would have to play behind our strikers, but we have Diego. These 2 would go to waste. Drenthe is pretty crap and Robben would - as stated in some other thread - die after 2 Serie A games.

Drenthe as i remember was chosen as the best player in the European U-21 tournament few years ago.

He was chosen over players like our own chiellini, rosina, Giuseppe Rossi, Marouane Fellaini, Ashley Young, Ivanović and nani those are the few names that i can remember from that tournament.

Many players looked pretty poor with madrid even though they're class cassano is one of them.

Drenthe was head and shoulder better than all the names that i've mentioned up there in that tournament even though the rest had a pretty good tournament that year too.......
