I have read Baggio and sateeh's comments, but I opted to let Zebina go.

Why?

1. I doubt he has the heart to play anyway
2. He doesn't wanna stay, why keep an unhappy player? Let him go somewhere of greener pasture to him
3. Balzaretti has already taken his place I'm sure
4. Provided that Chiellini is injured, Balzaretti can go to the left. I rather we invest on Piccolo instead. I rather give this guy a chance rather than Zebina, provided that Piccolo does indeed stay with the club.
5. I will still give Birindelli the nod if Balzaretti is injured, but bear in mind that he isn't really a 90 minute player anymore. Use Piccolo instead

I think that Crapello is just trying to give us some hapiness in this dark times cause he,out of all people, knows which of all players do we want to leave the most!!! :p

I thought just a few minutes before coming to the forums about Zebina's situation and how absurd it would be if Capello brought Zebina with him. And now this! :D I so hope this is true. I admit our defense looks awfully thin and vulnerable but if there's any chance of getting rid of this guy then so be it, he's a disaster defensive-wise.

if the first two r true then am convinced. For me its becuz he a very good player but he could be good in serie B and could play in the Cb position unlike biri.He could be good in that position.

Anyway if he doesnt want to stay then i agree with Jeeks :D

If he doesn't object to staying and wants to play for the club then I'd like to see that happen. This is a player that can definately cut it in the serie-B and considering our defensive performance on Sunday we'd be fools to offload Zebina just for the sake of it.
