All i could find about him is that he is 18, his name is Silvano Raggio Garibaldi , he looks like this :

, he plays for Genoa's Primavera team.

He is also the captain of Italian u-19 and he wears number 4 when playing for Italy ( i guess he's a defensive midfielder ??)
In qualifications for the u-19 european championship he played all 3 games and scored one goal to Montenegro.
