PSG probably knew he wasn’t eligible to be loaned out, did it anyway and “forgot” to tell Juve about it. Now they’ll probably say something like, you can always sign him if you want for €60m or whatever. And Junktoli would probably go for it.
Juve were informed of this situation very late, which did not please DS Giuntoli at all, who became furious, but remained calm, against PSG and, in particular, against Pasquale Sensibile, responsible for players on loan at PSG (L'Équipe).

It's in PSG's own interest to send Muani out and bring kvara but also the other usual benefits of loan ( more playing time, increase value and reduce wage) I think we'll be fine but what a farce lol
i don't like guintoli but i would not blame him for not knowing about this rule. it's not possible for director to know every single rule of foreign FAs.
if it was italian rule he didn't know i would agree he should know.

however had he been after him all december and agreed terms for transfer Jan 1st, all this could have been found out much earlier and fixed. instead left late again.

He is to fault for many things but this one indeed isn’t one of them, he got the green light from PSG who were the ones responsible of knowing what their FA rules are regarding the limit of loans, which is so silly and rare to see at this level that you can’t possibly expect Juventus to even consider that PSG could be such amateurs in their management.
