Why not? The last years he has been able to take Fiorentina to the Champions League and this year he made a great job in the CL aswell. And lets be honest, the squad has a few good players but most of them are average and his back 4 has never really had quality players.
He prefers a 4-2-3-1, he has launched the careers of players such as Mutu, Jovetic, Adriano and Gilardino and he's spent a lot of years as a player with us so he knows what this club is all about. If we can't get a big name coach, I think Prandelli would be a good choice.
