Benitez decision next week
Thursday 6 May, 2010
There are reports that Rafael Benitez will make public his decision to join Juventus or stay at Liverpool early next week.

Benitez is expected to meet Liverpool chairman Martin Broughton to discuss his future in the next 48 hours, but a final decision will not be communicated until Monday or later when the Premier League season has finally concluded.

Attention in Italy continues to focus on Monday because that is when Juventus' shareholders next meet to discuss the club's plans.

It is no secret that Juventus' directors want to make an announcement about the future on that date, possibly revealing the arrival of Beppe Marotta from Sampdoria and the summer's transfer strategy.

Juventus have reportedly agreed terms with Benitez through his agent Manuel Garcia Quillon.

Benitez will be given a €3.5m salary plus lucrative bonuses. It's now up to him to decide whether to accept or not.

Yesterday Il Corriere dello Sport claimed that Juventus have started working on a plan B, whereby Zenit St. Petersburg Coach Luciano Spalletti will become their No 1 target should a deal for Benitez fall through.

im not suprised to be honest, some guy called me a loser because i dident believed he will come, I will stay with my opinion that we will get another coach who is a bet...

Gasperini,Allegri??

We need a coach like Benitez or Capello or Lippi, a coach who know how to win

If it has to be an italian (please no), then Capello is by far the best option to get us OUT of this shit!.. A younger coach would be good in the long run, but i doubt coches like Allegri, Spalleti would be able to do what Capello can at the moment.
