If’s and but’s in hindsight count for little, reality is that it’s more than just a fair deal for us considering we also got Cambiasso in exchange along with an initial transfer fee for Dragusin and now a resale percentage too.

He is without doubt a decent CB but being good enough for Spurs and Genoa also doesn’t automatically make him good enough for Juventus, although an argument could be made that he is in no way inferior to the likes of Alex Sandro and Gatti in that same role…

standards at bayern and competition for game time are higher than tottenham.

at tottenham he is pretty much guaranteed regular starting mins.

he is also 21. he can force a move to a big club like chelsea or man city in 3 seasons in he cotinues growing.

This kid has the potential ability to be a starter. He is quick, aggressive and physically imposing. As the stat says, he's done great job so far, 19 matches 2 goals and 1 assist that indicates his excellent performance despite being a defender.
