Allways the Asamoah argument because what we would be signing a 5th choice CM is for exteme emergency of several CMs (like 3) not being available at the same time, if that happens, which will rarely happen, its equally makes sense to actually use an already fantastic CM in your roster to fill in for that short time period, and use someone else as LWB during this emergency. We dont need a 5th CM that badly, that we should buy one for 20m...

After all those Oneil's, MElos, Dagostinos and Montolivo's, one would think that the Juventus fans would be wiser than to be impressed by a 25year dribbler, who only shines in a Cagliari class team...
Even at a time of dearest need, the price tag of 20mil should have make us puke, but on a moment we can negotiate with any talent of the world and already having Pirlo, Vidal, Marchisio and Pogba, this just goes way too far...

When Pirlo comes of age, the midfield is already set in Vidal, MArchisio, Pogbs, we will always have talents like Maronne avaialble to fill for fillers, CMs in Italy come in great abundance and wecan always have opportunity targets.
The MArchisio injurt is irrelevant with Pogba, Isla, Asamoah, Padoin etc as available option, spending 15-20mil for an extra option for two months is crazily stupid!

For the ones not rating MArchisio for the future, get real, if you believe that Naigo is actually better and even if he was marginally better, we are Juventus, our ambitions ought to go much higher!

Just say we dont need him since we are stacked in that position, is it so hard? How the fuck do you describe an aggressive and combative DM/CM as a dribbler? Come to think of it, every single time I seen you describe someone as a dribbler type, they allways been players who the complete opposite of dribblers.

extreme emergency? padoin and giac played ~60 games last season, many of them as CMs. pirlo and (to a lesser extend) vidal looked tired in quite a lot of games + we sold giac...
i fully agree that we wouldn´t need another CM if we bought a very good LWB and used asamoah in the middle. but that doesn´t seem to happen.
and tbh: i would rather pay ~18mio for nainggolan who could do very well for us for years instead of spending 4-5mio (?) on marquinho who will probably become useless next season.

btw: i´m not a fan of overpaying for nainggolan in general. i just don´t get the "not needed" argument. right now we are definately one player short.

Because the common fan is easily impressed by those endless tides of CMs and SSs, mostly because of that!
Sad but true... and i cant do anything about it, this is just the way it is and whats worse is that in the past decade, our transfer directors, have preffered to feed us with such tools, regardless of our need, mostly because of that! They attract the fans attention more than any other players! They sell more jerseys and create more awe.
Even in the Uefa and golden fee awards, there is a tendency to favor such players above other positions, the whole industry knows that.

It still remains a live and present danger for us, as this would have been the first season we wouldnt be investing the majority of of our transfer budget on more CMs and SSs...
We have yet to become officially ridden of that habbit.
The combined fee on Tevez and Naigo would simply further expand the legacy...

This would ruin much of the progress we made in this very transfer window!
We obviously have no need for that, chasing him solely for the impressions, while holding back that budget for our needs would cancel many of our deeds...

Players you called dribblers are Borriello and Nainggolan, these are not players that awe and sell jerseys, how the heck do they attract fans attention with their fancy dribbling?

Why is it it SOOO hard for you to simply say he is just not a priority due to our available CMs already, he is an excellent ballwinning CM, but not close to a priority, especially for that price, its that simple, why do you need to invent reasons to criticise this in some weird conspiracy?
