He'll be loaned because he's showing really great signs to be just a 6th choice player. We'll probably get someone to replace Pirlo and that will push Marrone further back in the pecking order.
If it's a simple loan, then it will show that we have plans for him. We usually co-own those we aren't particularly interested in. In 2007 we loaned Marchisio and Giovinco because at the time we thought they are quality.
And unlike the popular opinion in this forum, I believe that for Marrone and Juve will be more useful to be a starter for Cagliari then get 90 minutes total playing time for Juve throughout the season. This year he got playing time only because we decided to sell Pazienza and buy another CM. That made Marrone first choice CM on the bench. If he stays he'll most probably be 3rd choice from the bench and spend the entire season in the stands.

Giandonato and Giovinco must comeback as well. Not sure about Pasquato and Sorensen because of the few playing time they would get.
