RIP to all the victims of this orchestrated tragedy, especially Todd and Timmy. Your lives will never be forgotten.
Little Known Fact: Shortly after Todd’s head was found in New Jersey due to the impact of the aircraft on the South Tower, authorities were quickly able to identify his remains. Todd and Timmy had such a massive reputation as being “the best of the best” window washers in NYC that word traveled quickly the two brothers had their heads torn off in the attacks.
Shortly after the remains were found, WTC big shot Larry Silverstein received a call from friend Donald Trump that the window washing duo were victims of the attack. Because of this, Silverstein decided that other buildings besides the already fallen twin towers were ready to fall as well. Without Todd and Timmy, it became apparent to Larry that his operation was a total loss: years of dirty glass, 60 stories high, without anyone to wash them. So Larry had a big decision to make.
After consulting his team for 20 minutes, Mr. Silverstein decided that WTC Building 7 was a total loss without Todd and Timmy, and that the building needed to be “pulled.” Thankfully, Larry knew a crew at a speciality shoppe called Urban Moving Systems that could get the job done quick. While celebrating the scenes in Jersey, the boys at UMS received a call from Larry himself, and they sprung into action. A few hours later, Building 7 came crashing down, saving Manhattan residents from further horror of the skyline being devastated by unwashed windows.
As we commemorate this day, let us not forget about the unspoken heros that kept the city together. Larry, Todd, and Timmy - thank you.
