At the momment we haven't really bought anybody who's "proven" as in Top rated players.

Quagliarella isn't any different, but for somebody who doesn't believe we wont challange immediately for scudetto, don't you believe perhaps we can take a chance on up and coming players?
Tiago/Milito/Salihamidzic/Grygera are all top-class...Iaquinta is a proven Serie A performer....Quag - if it is true - is the only wildcard...So far all the signings have been squad rebuilding...i am still optimistic that Juve will drop a bombshell and sign some1 sensational!!! :p :D ;)

I am optimistic, but no I don't rate our current buys, TOP CLASS.

we're still awaiting confirmation on Tiago and have found some stumbling blocks for Milito so those two I haven't included. Yes we have yet to reveal a big name. I'm thinking perhaps it will be a creative midifelder or winger, because we aren't linked with many.

IMO Huntelaar could do a better job.
Agreed. I think trez is too static, he'll get plenty of service but i would much rather have a player who could run a lot more and work harder upfront.

I would love to see Eto'o be that main man, that would be a nice change.

i like your thinking, but remember we don't have Moggi anymore, we have Secco who openly talks about our targets so that other teams can swoop in and steal them! :disagree:

Yeah, Im overly optimistic. But no harm in hoping. I guess it the down side of transparency and honesty, everybody can read u like a book.

With one DM and two outright attacking wingers and a target man, as good as it gets
i meant in the sense that Juve have just signed Tiago Almiron...we didnt get them to be benchwarmers...and if Trez leaves who will be our target man

I can't believe hardly anyone is positive about the possible transfer of Quagliarella. Have you seen some of his goals? The lad has great talent. I like Juve to buy Italian also.
