Thats the point, I cheated in order to get a D, instead I got a D+, which i was ecstatic about.

Generally I was a good student, but why the fuck would a Business major have to take Programming? of course i was going to struggle.

In the US it's only in the case of top talent, and especially if maybe as a negotiating point when multiple offers may be involved.
