The Primavera are about to get stuck into cup action again. With the league now put to one side until the new year, and having earned the title of 'Winter Champions', Baroni's youngsters still have two fronts to fight on before 2012 is out: the Coppa Italia and the NextGen Series.
Three games await the Bianconeri in the space of a week. Tomorrow, Saturday 15 December, they travel to Sampdoria for the Coppa Italia quarter-final first leg. The match will be played in Setri Levante at 14:30. The return leg is to take place a week later, with the kick-off time still to be confirmed.
Sandwiched between the two is the Primavera's final Group 2 fixture in the NextGen Series. Paris Saint-Germain will be the hosts on Wednesday as the Under-19s – with qualification already in the bag – hope to climb above the French outfit with a win and finish as group winners.
